Keith was fantastic! While he is primarily a buy/sell realtor, he helped me with renting our condo and was very flexible when it came to providing only the services we needed (due to some unforeseen developments). He vetted our tenants, coordinated the lease signing, and facilitated photos of our unit. I greatly appreciated his help even though it wasn’t part of their standard business. He was professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly informative throughout the process. The area I was looking at was not very close to DC and Keith would drive 2-hours round trip on almost a weekly basis for us to look at houses. His confidence and knowledge definitely helped calm my nerves as a first time home owner in this crazy market. My personal self-assessment is generally, “would I recommend this person to my mother?”, and with Keith it would for sure be a yes. You’d be doing yourself a favor by letting Keith help you find your home.
