Carlantha has been a member of The Stokes Group since July 2020. In the past she’s worked for a local Virginia real estate investment company and has experience within commercial property management. She brings real estate experience ask an attribute to her current role as our operations manager.

Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Carlantha brings her southern hospitality and passion for people into her role as a licensed operations manager, where her concern is centered on making sure she supports our team and clients with the greatest care, never missing a beat, and providing assistance so that every transaction is conducted smoothly.

Carlantha graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a B.S. degree in psychology and a minor in chemistry. Her love for traveling brought her across the United States, but she is now more pleased than ever to call Virginia “home” as she has been a resident of Virginia for 7 years, currently residing in the city of Arlington. Carlantha is committed to being reliable and delivering quality support, performing her best at the time when it matters most.

She is licensed in the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Virginia, and the State of Maryland.

When Carlantha is not assisting our great group of agents you can find her making efforts to share happiness and compassion within her community by participating in various activities with her church— volunteer activities, community clean ups, walkathons, assisting with blood drives, and helping with disaster relief programs.
