Now under construction, AVT East will start welcoming new residents in 2023.
Westmont Shopping Center
A six-story apartment building with 250 units and 22,500 square feet of retail is in the works for the site of the Westmont Shopping Center. Developer Republic Properties potentially has plans for a grocery tenant on the ground floor. The project will also have 345 below-grade parking spaces across three levels.
Pierce
As one of three distinctive towers in the new development, The Highlands, Pierce is ideally located at the top of the hill in Rosslyn. At 27 stories high, the 104-unit building is designed to provide both luxury and convenience. The 5.5-acre site is just off of the George Washington Memorial Parkway and overlooks the Potomac River. The plan consists of a partial demolish and renovation of the existing hotel and construction of two additional 16-story buildings to deliver 300 apartments and 151 condominiums.
