Bring a friend and join us for the first activity in our 2019 Wellness Series, a complimentary Flywheel cycling class led by Monica Trauzzi. Flywheel is a high-intensity interval training ride including an upper body series for a full-body workout. Go as hard or as lightly as you choose – you control your own resistance and tempo for the entire ride.
