The Stokes Group, a high performing real estate team serving the greater DC area, is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator (10-15 hours/week).
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and maintaining a detailed marketing calendar
- Assisting with overall marketing strategy
- Creating and sending weekly and monthly e-newsletters through Rezora
- Scheduling and monitoring digital retargeting and pixeling campaigns
- Scheduling and monitoring social media ad campaigns
- Tracking and interpreting website traffic and ad campaigns
Requirements:
- Beginner to intermediate experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- WordPress expertise
- Facebook AdsManager expertise
- Experience across all major social media platforms including social media strategy
- Pixeling/retargeting ad campaigns expertise
- Experience in residential real estate a plus but not required
