The second activity in our 2019 Wellness Series is a strength and interval training class, led by Jesse Lewis – owner of District Performance and Physio. Strength and interval training combines weight lifting with bursts of cardio exercise, providing a well-rounded and efficient workout. Bring a friend and join us as Jesse puts us through the paces!
