In an effort to make 2018 our healthiest year yet, we are thrilled to announce The Stokes Groupย 2018 Wellness Series.
Over the course of the year, we will be inviting our clients to join us and bring a friend for several wellness events. We’re starting off with a complimentary Flywheel class at the City Center location on Saturday, January 13th at 8:00 AM, led by Monica Trauzzi.
Here is what we have planned for the year:

- Saturday, February 24th 2:30 PM: Elevate HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training) Class
- April, Date TBD: Running Seminar
- June, Date TBD: Indoor Rock Climbing
- October, Date TBD: Kinhaven 5k Run
