Friends, Clients & Neighbors,

As with everyone and every industry, the pandemic upended every facet of our business (and personal) lives in 2020. We adjusted on both fronts amid the chaos to continue our work and in doing so we were most struck, and humbled, by just how important “home” (re) became. We watched our clients live/work/work-out/learn/celebrate/mourn/campaign/vote all from their homes. In doing so, a record number of them decided they needed a new home to meet their new needs and we were honored to be there by their side virtually or with masks on.

The result?

We had our best year ever in both units sold and total production.

But behind each of those numbers is, more importantly, a person or family that we feel so fortunate to call clients and friends. From families abruptly brought back from overseas postings who needed to put down roots, to long time condo owners trading up from a one bedroom to a two bedroom within the same building and everything in between. We met our clients needs through Zoom, FaceTime, sheer grit, incredible team work and steadfast determination.

We know that each of these clients had a lot of choices about who to work with when it came to a real estate transaction, and we appreciate each of them choosing to work with us and our entire team.

And even though nothing about 2020 was the same, we still managed to have a great time celebrating our clients with a ‘home’ version of our annual Client Appreciation Day at Nats Park as well as many sidewalk greetings and pop-bys just to say hello.

On a personal level Anslie moved into her new home on Oliver ST (and blogged about it HERE). Dana and Amanda enjoyed engaged life as they made plans for their spring 2021 wedding. We welcomed Carlantha to our team not a moment too soon and watched Ryan grow a beard for all of quarantine.

2021, bring it! We’re ready.
